There is a wealth of information at our fingertips because of the internet. We just need to be careful what we read and we need to question everything as much as possible. This is especially true when it comes to our health. I have spent several years navigating this information and feel that I have found some very solid information. What makes this information so valid is the fact that the vast majority of it is based off of scientific evidence and the history of our ancestral past. I reference “paleo” frequently because I feel that it is a strong starting point for us to address our health and wellness. Beyond paleo there are some “non” paleo foods and concepts that I feel are worth investigating. The trick is to start with the basics and build up from there. Thats where the core of the paleo method comes in.
