STEP 2 – Fill out the short application form. After you schedule, you’ll answer a few questions to help us make the most of our time. We can’t hold your session without an application.

STEP 3 – Attend your free strategy session. We’ll do an audit of your wellness and make a plan. If I can help, we can discuss working together.

What Happens On This Call

If your performance, health or wellness is not what you want, even if you’ve tried a few things in the past it means you’re either making things too hard on yourself, or not focused on the right changes. But the hard part is knowing what needs to change to bring your life into alignment and how you want to feel.

You can’t see what’s out of alignment when you’re IN it. Let me help you.

Here’s what happens on the call…

  • We’ll talk for roughly 25 minutes, where we’ll map out a plan for your goals.
  • We’ll uncover opportunities, and identify areas in AND out of alignment.
  • You’ll leave the call with value, and if it make sense, I’ll make an offer to work together towards your goals.

To be eligible for a session:

  • You must have a desire to grow and an interest in working with me or learning from me.
  • If you’re not ready to take action, this probably isn’t for you.
