It takes a change to navigate a way out of your current situation and make the shift from merely surviving to thriving. The services that I provide go beyond the usual ‘eat this and not that’ type of guidance. I help individuals figure out what is standing in their way, highlighting areas of struggles and assist them to face it head-on. We first identify where change can be made without invoking stress and then slowly take on the bigger issues in a way that takes hold and helps create real change that lasts. I help people realize their true potential and provide guidance towards owning this life rather than being dragged along with it.

Services include lab/blood work, food, sleep, and activity log analysis. Foundational programming pertaining to your needs, goals, and situation.

Optimize Your Health
(Subscription)

Real change takes time, commitment and patience. This package is for those who are committed to altering and change their lifestyle habits for once and for all! This is a monthly subscription service. There is a one-time start-up fee and then a monthly subscription fee.
